I would stay here again in a heartbeat for value, location, access to parking and comfort. Positive: The location was fantastic—just 300 metres from Spencer Outlets and Coles, and only about an 800-metre walk to Marvel Stadium. It made everything incredibly convenient. On top of that, the price for a two-bedroom apartment in such a prime location was excellent value. This was definitely one of the standout features of the stay. Negative: If cooking is not important as part of your stay - ignore these comments - the cooking facilities were quite limited and lacked several basic items. There was no pasta strainer, not enough large pots with lids, and only one usable frying pan when a second large pan or wok would have been very helpful. A can opener was also missing, and the scissors provided were unusable and should have been replaced. More large plates and a salad bowl would have been useful, and having essentials like foil and cling wrap would have made cooking much easier. I was doing a large cook-up for my stepson in the Navy so he could take meals back to base, and the lack of equipment meant cooking took twice as long because I could only use one pot at a time. In addition, the instructions around rubbish disposal were confusing, as what the concierge told us differed from the written instructions in the apartment regarding recycling and waste disposal.

Fair stay. Positive: Excellent location for CBD. Located in the free tram zone. Clean and decent. Negative: Staff not quite ready to help. Wait for ages for reply. Ask for personal information for which is not really necessary. No checkin information until I asked. Paid parking was not well arranged by host. Really disappointed.

Positive: Location. Spacious and clean. Well equipped. Negative: Collecting keys, only one key originally so had to arrange a spare. Wrong room number given which caused a little confusion.
