Close to everything we needed, great for those attending the F1 at Albert Park Positive: Great location, could see Albert Park from our view and a close walk to Southbank. Negative: Fridge door was on the wrong side, water pressure is terrible.

Disappointing and exhausting trying to resolve issues ruined our holiday and still fighting for bond Positive: The amenities in the building were great. Negative: The overall experience and poor communication, a lot of broken fixtures windows in particular, blocked shower sink that flooded whole bathroom, loud rattling noise under the sink that went day and night, dusty aircon unit caused sneezing, no extra blankets, no toilet paper, no tea towels, no drying rack, no glasses on arrival only plastic cups and chipped mugs. The couch was unbelievably cheap and uncomfortable and positioned in a bad spot. People let themselves into our apartment to drop of glasses and mugs and attempt to fix shower without telling us we came home to people in our apartment - not tradesmen. Still waiting to get our security deposit back over 2 weeks later. Tried to resolve issues early in stay but got brushed off didn’t want to leave a bad review but despite trying to resolve all the issues and compensation we were offered one night comp after paying and being inconvenienced for 4. The beds were comfortable the pillows were thin and the view was good. Property has stopped all communication with us and booking.com trying to retrieve bond and have refused any refunds.

Will not stay again Positive: The location is good Negative: Very poor communication They asked for a deposit which I’m surprised about and still haven’t got refunded until now, and it’s been over a week since we checked out and we left property without any damages Very dusty property, I vacuumed the place on my own We requested for a high chair before we arrive and they said they can provide it, once we arrived there was no highchair up until a few days later The shower is so slow and can't be switched to another shower head, I contacted them about it but no response There is weird noise from the AC and the pipe in the kitchen that kept going the whole time we stayed there living room is not spacious No paper towels or tea towel

Now we knew the process, we have no hesitation in recommending, fabulous place to stay for a night or longer Positive: The property view was amazing Fabulous lap pool Comfortable bed Negative: Being first timers to renting a private accommodation we had a lack of understanding about procedures. We were a bit perplexed about the security deposit and providing photo ID to a private person. Once we understood the expectation we were able to proceed with incident, and received our deposit back promptly

Positive: Gorgeous apartment with stunning views. Everything was perfectly clean, our host was lovely and the location was ideal. Highly recommend.
