Southbank 2BR Crown Precinct Comfort w/ Parking

Positive: The balcony was lovely at night time! Negative: The owners charge a $300 bank transfer as a deposit and after a week, I had to contact booking.com to receieve my deposit back. They kept telling me they would refund it and send confirmation but never did. Also it lacked amenities such as tea bags, tea towels, dish cloths, face washers etc. There was a 2- seater couch that didn't work for 5 people and we had to sit at the dining table. There was also white stains on the carpet. Apart from that it was a nice place with a lovely balcony. Not sure if I would stay again as they tried to avoid returning my deposit.

Positive: Accommodation was fine. - Communication etc was also good. Even though the room CLERARLY stated AND CARPARK- I was then charged $25 per night more to have the Carpark which was extremely disappointing

Positive: The location is excellent. We were able to walk everywhere with ease. Hassle free check in and check out. We couldn't be happier.
