All nice, quite clean and location is perfect. Just staff reply is a bit slow. Positive: The location is really great, at the centre of CBD Negative: All was good. One problem is there is only 1 air con in the living room. We didn’t turn on the air con as not it’s autumn. But in summer time I might not choose here as I prefer 1 room 1 air con

Great location and easy to access trams etc Positive: Location was awesome as we travelled by train Negative: Not enough towels and pillows as we booked for 5 there were only enough for 4

Overall a good experience but very impersonal Positive: Proximity to station and hire car outlets. A good clean property Negative: Getting rid of your rubbish! A little extreme when you are hauling luggage etc. Photo/video evidence of key return! I’m not good at that really No people connection

NOT HAPPY Positive: Great location. Negative: Once i paid my security deposit communication was terrible. They paid my refund into the wrong account & stopped communicating with me as soon as I told them. I had to harass & make a complaint to Booking.com to finally hear back from them after 4 days & finally got my refund. The accommodation was basic, minimal & uncomfortable. No bedside tables, terrible Pillows. bathroom plug hole was dirty & had hair in it. Definitely will NOT be staying ever again.
