Overall a good experience but very impersonal Positive: Proximity to station and hire car outlets. A good clean property Negative: Getting rid of your rubbish! A little extreme when you are hauling luggage etc. Photo/video evidence of key return! I’m not good at that really No people connection

NOT HAPPY Positive: Great location. Negative: Once i paid my security deposit communication was terrible. They paid my refund into the wrong account & stopped communicating with me as soon as I told them. I had to harass & make a complaint to Booking.com to finally hear back from them after 4 days & finally got my refund. The accommodation was basic, minimal & uncomfortable. No bedside tables, terrible Pillows. bathroom plug hole was dirty & had hair in it. Definitely will NOT be staying ever again.

Convenient CBD stay Positive: Location was great. Initial contact with host was a bit off-putting as it is through WhatsApp but host was quick at responding and able to help with all queries. The beds were very firm but not uncomfortable. Easy walking distance to majority of the CBD and great access to public transport. Even though the apartment is on a busy and noisy street, it was extremely quiet at night when the balcony door was closed with the double glazing. Split system aircon in the loungeroom cooled the whole place quite quickly, although had to leave the bedroom doors open at night for airflow Negative: Needed a few more glasses, only 1 wine glass for a 4 person booking. Initially had booked for 4 adults & a child but 2 of the adults pulled out which was lucky as it would have been very cramped. The deposit situation seemed very sketchy. Contacted host through WhatsApp and was told it was through a rental company (KZ Residences). Deposit was refunded on day of checkout without issue. Parking was a bit tricky. The lift in the basement wasn't working so we had to walk in and out of the carpark through the car ramps which wasn't great. Would be good if the instruction video included where the pedestrian entry and exit is on street level. Carpark entry quite tight so long vehicles could be a bit tricky. Organising the carpark last minute was very simple though and what was on the instruction video was very useful
