Scam Positive: Location Negative: Everything besides the location

Over all the location was great and apartment was clean and spacious which made stay good Positive: Location .. good space Negative: The check in process and the communication with host was slow and from two different WhatsApp numbers . The fact you only get one key to a two bedroom apartment. The sofa bed in lounge area not very stable and needs to have some more seating in living area maybe another lounge .

Excelente estadía, muy buena ubicación, Nos encantó Positive: Excelente ubicación, cerca de todo lo necesario, muy buena cocina. El departamento es muy espacioso y or sobre todo nos encanto la vista. Negative: Recomiendo revisar llaves de ducha, pues costaba mucho cerrarlas, especialmente el agua Caliente y la cortina del Living comedor, presentaba problemas para su funcionameinto.

Incredible apartment, though instructions needed to be more explicit Positive: Incredible location - central to everything. Comfy beds and very spacious, as it is titled! Great view of the city lights. Internet worked well and TV was a smart TV. Negative: Uncomfortable lounge but tolerable. Would be good for both shampoo and conditioner to be provided and for wine glasses, dustpan and brush/broom and more toilet paper to be provided (only a few given for a family of five). Worst issue was the poor communication around check-in and accessing the building and parking. On check-in day I messaged and called several times to check the carpark fob had been attached to the keys prior to pickup. They had not and I had to make urgent calls to try and sort it out (prior people had taken it accidentally). No details had been sent explaining where to go to access the private parking - the message about parking implied it was part of the regular QV public parking lot but it was not, as it turns out. A lovely employee ended up driving 40 minutes to drop the fob off to me at 11pm and helped me find my car and then sent me a very useful video to help me find my way into the proper carpark. As it was late when I reparked, I exited via fire stairs and had to text the same employee to work out how to get back to my car, which was via level 5 of the pool building. It would have also been useful to recieve clearer instructions on how to get to the unit entrance. We wandered around for ages as the address is the whole QV shopping complex. Eventually stumbled upon it. Don’t get me wrong, it was a fantastic apartment but as we are from a country town in rural NSW, navigating all this with limited information and communication was very stressful. We would stay again however, now knowing where everything is!
