Positive: Spacious and well equipped

Great location Positive: Love the location and how spacious the apartment is! Beds are comfy. Negative: The drawback to this property for my family is the lack of lounge seating. The one lounge is a fold-down futon and is very hard and uncomfortable to sit on to watch TV. If they replaced the lounge I would book here every Melbourne trip.

Never again and seriously re-thinking Booking.com when they have hosts this terrible Positive: Location Negative: Bookings are made without ability to cancel and then you need to send photo identification to a random WhatsApp number and then they demand $300 be transferred to a random account. The parking is in a different building and not related to the accommodation with no clear instructions on how to get out of the car park. The entry to the foyer was so difficult to find I had to ring four times to get someone to direct me. I had to text bomb all 4 phone numbers for almost 24 hours to get my deposit back.
