Negative: The room smelled and the staff suggested getting air fresheners.

Positive: The location, it was at the heart of CBD.
The host was very helpful.
Negative: I feel the property needs deep cleaning. There were dusts in several utilities like inside the washing machine, electric kettle, and under the bed.
