Amazing Views - Great Host! Unit was cosy and lovely. Would stay again and again. Positive: The view was amazing! Not much else like that in the city! The unit was very quiet, the bedroom was at the back of the unit and backed onto firestairs, so you heard nothing from outside. There was plenty of blankets, the air conditioner was great. There was everything we needed there. The host was responsive, key collection and return was super easy. The unit itself although small was still roomy and plenty of room for 2 of us for 10 nights. Wifi was good and consistent. Everything worked. The place was clean. Would stay again! Negative: The lifts were out of service regularly (only ever 1 at a time), so took a while during peak periods to get anywhere. Was really only an issue when my uber eats was waiting for me. Not anything the host could do about that. But just something to share.

Great Location, not great customer service Positive: Fantastic location Tram at the doorstep Close to Southern Cross strain Negative: Room wasn't ready when we arrived. Hot a messaged to say keys were ready just before 3pm. We got the keys and went upstairs to a dirty apartment. Linen bags sitting on the dining room table and nothing done. Had to return the keys for the cleaners to come back and clean it. So didnt get to check in till almost 5pm. No apology. Then said if we wanted the 2nd bed made up we would have to pay extra for the linen. When I booked I requested 2 beds. Anyway the second "bed" was a futon and extremely uncomfortable to sit on, so wouldn't be able to sleep on it anyway.
