Was nice apart from having to wait a while to get keys Positive: Location was ok. Room very quiet Negative: A 2nd set of keys would have been nice.

Had a great weekend great location and a great place to stay if that is the area you need to stay in Positive: Have stayed in and around this area in the past and its a great. Bottle shop and Woolworths across the road, great burger shop on entry to building (Burgertory), South Melbourne markets only a 5 min walk with plenty to see and do. There are some many places to eat if you walk down to Claredon St and head east. And then there is the Casino which is only a 5 min walk. I would highly recommend this place to stay for its proximity to heaps of locations in the area. Negative: There is no washing machine or dryer but we were only there for 2 nights. If staying for longer than a week this may not suit you ( not sure where the laundry mat is/was but I'm sure there would be one around somewhere) It does have a balcony but its only big enough for 2 people standing. (It was fine for us as we could smoke out on the balcony).

No volvería nunca Positive: Está todo mal, desde un inicio el contacto y el obtener las llaves es un lío. Personal inexistente. Incómodo y sucio. Cama dura y sofá cama que no es ni sofá ni cama. Sin toallas para todos los del apartamento, sabanas inexistentes. Negative: Todo. No repetiría ni gratis. No sé descansa bien por qué la cama es muy dura y pequeña. La moqueta muy sucia, manchas por todos lados. Manchas en el sofá, en las sábanas, en los cristales y en los utensilios. No nos atrevimos a cocinar por qué parecía que no se habían limpiado nunca.

It was fine. You get what you pay for. Positive: Great location, can walk to a lot of spots, just have to do the math if you have a car and keeping it at the crown. Negative: Being a busy place, we had to pay for parking just to get the keys and probably could have used the loading bay next to the apartments. We didn’t get enough towels for everyone and we had to buy dishcloths and paper towel because there wasn’t any.

Apartment was clean and in a good location, close to my daughters apartment Positive: The location Negative: One lift didn’t work and the windows and balcony were really dirty
