Positive: Perfect location but hard to find on arrival. Negative: Only had 1 set of keys.

Pleasant enough stay but security deposit refund process unacceptable Positive: Clean, good location Negative: Security deposit paid took far too long to refund. Has to follow up several times and was given the run around by staff. In the end, the refund was only processed after we insisted, 5 days after our stay.

the locale trumps all! Positive: location was excellent, facilities were pretty good. Negative: tv would not work with the wifi, a couple of lights weren't working, bedroom window will not close entirely, bathroom very small for a family.

Positive: Good location. Very clean. Negative: Terrible communication from the property manager. Would not answer messages, calls or texts promptly if at all. Had to go through booking.com twice to try to get answers to questions. No sheets provided for the sofa bed despite the numbers in the booking indicating they would be required. Did not provide them until 9:30 pm at night. Sofa bed very old. Springs could be felt and we ended up sleeping on the floor on the sofa cushions. Needs to be replaced.
