Positive: Location and price were excellent. Apartment room size
Negative: Bag of dirty laundry left in closet. Dirty dishes left in the dishwasher, cockroaches came out when I opened it. Not very clean.
The blow up mattress was broken when inflated. Deposit was paid before we checked in and now no contact from them and no deposit returned.

Negative: They were no car parks so every time we park the car at the opposite car park we had to pay $15 every time we came in and out

Awful, would not recommend.
Positive: The location. The properties facilities that we were able to use.
Negative: Dirty very dirty. Lots of built up mould in shower. 2 broken toilet seats one of which my husband fixed as I almost fell on the floor. Booked to sleep 5 people, daughter had to sleep on a blow up mattress that would not stay inflated. She weighs 22kgs so ultimately ended up sleeping on the floor.
