Don’t respond to you or answer your questions. Pathetic Positive: The location was useful Negative: We arrived at 3:50pm when our check in was after 3:00pm. We spent nearly 2 hours trying to get hold of someone to give us the instructions for checking in. Eventually booking.com got involved and after 3 and a half hours we finally got access to the room. It was very dusty especially the fan vents. Would not recommend.

Great location for Melbourne Positive: Good location, had washing machine and dryer and kitchen appliances Negative: Pretty run down apartment Toilet constantly running Shower head blew off Rotten away door frames Couldn’t use outdoor area it was filthy

Positive: Location and price were excellent. Apartment room size Negative: Bag of dirty laundry left in closet. Dirty dishes left in the dishwasher, cockroaches came out when I opened it. Not very clean. The blow up mattress was broken when inflated. Deposit was paid before we checked in and now no contact from them and no deposit returned.

Positive: It was close to everything Negative: They were no car parks so every time we park the car at the opposite car park we had to pay $15 every time we came in and out

Good but expensive Positive: Location to Southbank and off the freeway Negative: Noise and difficult to locate by uber
