Value for money. Positive: Location was great, right next to QV mall, which has everything you need. Check in was smooth even when it was a late night checkin. Facilities in the room was working fine. Negative: Water heater goes off mid shower, happens quite frequently. Matteress is a little too soft for our liking. Garbage bag was provided but not garbage bin.

Overall the stay was pleasant, just some minor hiccups here and there which could have been easily solved if host were m Positive: Location is in the middle of the city. Easy access to public transport and groceries. Negative: 1. Host not responsive - didn’t receive instructions to check in until I contacted booking.com. Couldn’t reach host via the contact number as well 2. Some of the Ceiling lights faulty and was told by the host that repair will be done the next day. But there were no repair done and the host went MIA again. 3. Would be good if some basic condiments like salt pepper and oil is provided in the facilities to allow for some light cooking

Love the location and proprietor is accommodating and helpful. Positive: Great location, lots of restaurants around the location and easy access to places of interests. The apartment looks fairly new. Good size for our family of 3. Negative: Kitchen is basic but I guess not a big deal as restaurants are easily available. Not enough lights in the living and dining area as I think the installed Dow lights are not working.

Great location, shame about the property condition. Positive: Location was excellent Negative: The apartment was dusty, had not been properly maintained with a packed dust filter in the dryer (fire risk) A dirty and broken dish washer. Stylish it was not....it was tired and nothing like the photo. Unsuitable for the booking made. The booking was for four adults, there were beds only for 3. Was asked to buy an air mattress for the 4th and this would be refunded?. Finding four large bags of used linen from the previous occupants stuffed in the wardrobes was a particularly disgusting find, then the cleaner left the door unlocked when picking this up. Dropped all the keys to the key safe, then accused of the keys not being a complete set. Good thing we photographed everything B4 we left. Accommodation fine for a flop for three students visiting Melbourne. If the owner is using an agent to manage this property they seriously need to look for an alternative as they are evidently not up to the job. 15+ years of using Booking .com first time we have ever left a review like this.
