Positive: The location. The apartment layout and spacious and comfortable Negative: The apartment wasnt very clean upon arrival. Dirty utensils and mugs. Didn't look like it had been vacuumed.

Positive: Was great location Negative: Unfortunately, our stay was impacted by a major issue with a basic amenity. The toilet was continuously running the entire time, creating a constant loud flushing/refilling noise that was clearly audible throughout the property, including overnight. This made it difficult to relax and sleep. While the host acknowledged the issue, it was not resolved during the stay and no meaningful compensation was offered. This was disappointing, as a functioning and usable bathroom is a fundamental expectation.

Don’t recommend because we had to pay extra Negative: We still haven’t received our $300 deposit back from January.

Ok Positive: Location was great Negative: Very difficult check in , trying to communicate with the host was hard

Greta location and friendly team Positive: The location was perfect, close to everything we needed such as concert location, AFL game and cafe/shops. The communication was excellent with the staff and they went above and beyond to meet our check in time. Negative: The pool/sauna facilities were under maintenance however I can understand this was out of the hosts control and not their fault. We were too busy enjoying Melbourne anyway.
