Location and view great. Apartment ok. Positive: Nice view. Close to everything in Melbourne. Negative: Property was not very clean. Bathroom fan made a horribly loud noise when light is on. Dishwasher left in a mess. Communication with host was terrible.

Dodgy as hell Negative: Biggest issue is the dodginess of the booking. Suddenly a damage deposit is required, only mentioned after booking. This had to be done as a bank transfet into a private account, anf then request you to send all your information via a watsap message. Concerns flagfed with booking.com, who advised me it was all above board. 2 months after our stay, i still have not received my $300. Properry not respomding to me or booking.com.. Difficult with communication. The room had so many issues, sink/shower not draining in the bathroom, flooding the room evwry time yih have a shower. Sliding door doesnt close properly. Broken chair, couch springs dead. Table top not secure. The lifts in the place aleays having issues. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!! DODGY AS HELL.

The location was central to all necessities. The view was great. Our time in Melbourne was full and Negative: there was no plug in the kitchen sink to wash the dishes the balcony door doesn't close properly the towels in the second bedroom were too thin one of the dining chairs was nearly broken Glass doors to the bedrooms didn't keep out light from the TV Only one lift was working for a few days

Would not return to this property Positive: Location only Negative: No parking onsite at all, was advertised as onsite, Pillows old, building materials onsite, not very clear instructions on building access, Additional blankets were dirty and stained Apartment not spacious at all, have to tie sideways to move throughout the property
